Brandon DeGraff, Managing Director of Brokerage Services at JLL, brings nearly 12 years of commercial real estate expertise in tenant and landlord representation. After advancing through progressive leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield since 2014, he joined JLL in January 2026 to leverage the firm’s comprehensive platform.
His acute awareness of clients’ needs and ability to work creatively under pressure consistently deliver superior results. As a former varsity golfer at Hamilton College, he brings the same focus and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and transaction challenges.
With a Political Science background and experience in state-wide and national political campaigns, Brandon learned that persistence and strategic thinking achieve the best outcomes for clients.
His fluency in Spanish and developing proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese enable effective communication in today’s global marketplace. Brandon's focus on understanding all stakeholders’ perspectives allows him to consistently advance clients’ strategic objectives while building lasting professional relationships.
