Originally from Syracuse, NY, Eric has been living in NYC, pursuing an acting career for over 33 years. He is a member of SAG/AFTRA and has a background in marketing and real estate investing.

He has owned and managed long-term rental properties for over 15 years and has weathered the storm of the recession and encountered many tenant challenges along the way. He has also bought and sold several properties both as an investor and real estate agent.
