Ben has been practicing law since 2004 and is admitted in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. At Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC ("JWK"), Ben concentrates in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Creation, Probate and Estate Administration, Litigation, and Consumer Protection Law.

He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Albany Law School.

Prior to JWK, Ben litigated for several New York City law firms and was the Court Attorney for a New York City Criminal Court Judge.
