She also co-founded a niche networking group (Chinese Business Advisors Networking) in August 2015 and participates in various networking associations in New York City.

In her free time, Monica enjoys doing art / printmaking. She also likes fine dining and traveling with her husband. Lastly, she is developing her green thumb in gardening.
