In 2008, Mr. Mandell formed Mandell Associates, a Business Consulting Firm to share his knowledge and experience with small to mid-size companies.  These companies usually lack the experience and knowledge found in larger companies who are able to justify high-cost consultants with excellent educational backgrounds but lack the years of actual experience Mr. Mandell is able to provide.

Mr. Mandell’s strategy is to help owners better understand the relationship of the various parts of their businesses; and build a solid foundation to support where they wanted their companies to be, not just addressing where they are.
