Matthew Lombardi is a personal injury attorney, in practice for 10 years. Matt is the senior associate at Tolmage, Peskin, Harris and Falick, a firm that has represented accident victims and their families throughout the New York City area for over 40 years. Matt is a trial attorney, advocating for his clients in the courtroom, at trial in front of a jury, and in alternative dispute resolution venues. 

Matt is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal courts of the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. Matt has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the New York City Metro from 2013-2016, and a member New York State Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Directors.
